Joy was a classroom teacher for almost 20 years before moving to Kona and has been a real estate professional for over ten years, and continues to learn the ever-changing environment that she works in. Mark was a licensed general contractor in California and operated a construction business until he and his wife, Joy, moved to Kona. In 2004 Mark obtained his general contractor's license here in Hawaii, where he has been operating a Residential/Commercial Remodeling Business. In 2010 Mark obtained his real estate sales license to further develop his skill set. "One thing that I have learned is to always be developing yourself in whatever you do". Mark's goal is to provide his clients with the most information available when purchasing real estate, and having a very detailed construction and management background is a positive aid to the client. Utilizing his construction background to help his clients in their real estate transactions is unique to most Real Estate agents.
