As a native Russian, Irina calls the Big Island home and profoundly understands what draws people to live in Hawaii. She spent her youth in St. Petersburg and received a master's degree in translation and interpretation (English, German, Russian). Irina then received a full scholarship to the Postgraduate School at St.Petersburg State University, where she earned a Ph.D. in linguistics and worked as a senior research scientist in psycholinguistics for ten years.
After moving to the Big Island, Irina focused on real estate. With her in-depth market knowledge (as a scientist, she made a science out of Real Estate) and her devotion to putting her clients' needs first, she conducts herself with the highest level of honesty and integrity. Irina has developed state, national, and international networks of satisfied and loyal clients, and she understands the subtle differences in the cultural and geographical landscape that is on the Big Island.
Irina has NAR' accreditations, including Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. She is among the very few real estate agents in the country with a Ph.D., which gives her the analytical ability for creative problem-solving.
Irina is resourceful and comprehensive. She is happy to help with your real estate needs.
Irina specializes in the South Kona and Ka'u Districts.
