He knows a lot people to do repair work, he is diligent. He is there on hand when there are repairs we are doing. He never does anything without my express agreement. He does nothing without my permission. He keeps in contact every step of the way as there’s many questions I have and is patient with my old self. He has an understanding of everything about the real estate market but best of all he has a great sense of humor, easy to deal with, and patient as hell with me. Following a change in plans, I put a half acre lot in Mark Twain Estates up for sale. The market was down, and I knew it wouldn't sell overnight. This created a problem because Mark Twain Estates enjoys a fair amount of rain, so things grew and grew and grew, making my level lot look like a weed forest. But my seller's agent, Irina Koroleva, had the foresight to make a video of the property early on, when it looked good. As a result of the video being shown with the listing, a match was made between a property seeker and my property.
