Meet Penny

Penny Merryman moved from Alaska to the beautiful Kona Coast of Hawaii in 1989. After buying, selling, building, and personally remodeling properties in Alaska and Hawaii, Penny decided to pursue her Real Estate career and help others, knowing how challenging real estate can be. She said her goal was to provide "unexpected outrageous service," a tough act to follow, but if she did not have the answers to her client's questions, she'd make sure she knew what direction to send them.
 
Penny lives a highly active life on the beautiful Big Island. She has been a competitive outrigger canoe paddler for years and a golfer, and her true love is hiking the ancient trails. She is a volunteer for the Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail, helping to keep sections from becoming overgrown and developed.
